External user registration
All BP staff now have the ability to share and subsequently approve access to the Imageshop site with a third party supplier.
Simply share the link to the to the site with your supplier and ask them to include you as their sponsor when completing the registration form.
Once the supplier has submitted the registration form an email is automatically triggered and sent to the sponsor nominated on the form. The sponsor is presented with two options, to allow or deny access. Should you choose to allow access another email is automatically triggered informing the supplier that they can now use the site.
Obviously should you ever choose to deny access then the supplier will be notified that you have taken that decision and access will not be given.
Please note that if a sponsor does not select either option, then 30 days after the email was triggered the request expires and the supplier is notified that access has not been given.
